Your traits

• Mandatory: experience building something non-trivial using Halo2
  • Ideally some commercial experience with Halo2
  • The tech test will involve writing a circuit in Halo2 with Rust and answering questions on SNARKs
• You are able to write high quality Rust
• We have a relaxed work environment, but very high hiring bar:
  • Only apply if you're top 1% (in whatever you do) and want to work on challenging problems
  • Or if you’re too humble to think you’re top 1% but you’re consistently told that you deliver high quality work on complex problems
  • And want to work with other people who are also top 1%
• You love solving really hard problems and want to work on something meaningful and challenging
• You work best with autonomy, you want to be left alone to get on with it (we have only one meeting a week)
• You want be an active part of decision making and be given time to work on your ideas
• You want to get in early with a start up to convert your hard work into maximum equity / upside
• You believe in the potential of zero knowledge cryptography to fundamentally improve privacy and democratisation of money
• You are proactive and have read the Polybase whitepaper

• Commercial Halo2 experience
• Mathematical or cryptography background
