About the role

This position is our first marketing hire. You will be in charge of our brand voice, customer acquisition efforts, and growth strategy.

Your traits

• Ample experience in marketing strategy and execution.
• You are well connected in the web3 community and are already a thought leader across Telegram, Discord, and Signal groups.
• You think outside the box and aren’t afraid to execute some crazy campaigns.
• You have a good blend of creative and analytical thinking.
• You can work on multiple projects at one time, balancing speed and quality tradeoffs.
• You are proactive and have already read the Polybase whitepaper.

Your area of ownership

• Own all elements of digital and in-person marketing efforts.
• Own the brand voice, content creation, and marketing tactics.
• Own all growth efforts, new country expansions, and audience reach efforts.
• Own end-to-end marketing campaigns with robust tracking and analysis.
• Experience with Figma and Framer is a plus.
