About the role

This is our first marketing hire. You will own all marketing efforts and be responsible for growing high quality top of funnel users.

Your traits

• You have led marketing at established crypto projects for at least 5 years.
• You are in cabal group chats.
• You have made Kalshi style AI ads or other entertaining content.
• You can get 100 people to retweet anything with 1 day notice.
• You have a better tagline/description for Payy than what’s on our website.

Your area of ownership

• Own all elements of digital and in-person marketing efforts.
• Own the brand voice, content creation, and marketing tactics.
• Own all growth efforts, new country expansions, and audience reach efforts.
• Own end-to-end marketing campaigns with robust tracking and analysis.
